I have tryied to modify the property of a DAQmx timing node. I right clicked the property and choose "select property > brows>search> referecne clock..", after this, the new property didn't show in the list and I cannot select it. The list kept the same and nothing changed. What should I do?
Thanks.

Hello Casperloo,
That is interesting I just attempted the same thing on my computer and the property node changed. Just to ensure I followed the same steps you took please take a look at the steps below and let me know if there is something I missed.
Also, could you let me know what property you are trying to change so I can suggest an alternative method of finding this property?

Thank you so much for your reply.
I am doing the exact same thing as you did. After the final step (5th), the property list didn't update and nothing else changed.
I am trying to use a timing node to do sync of PXI 4496 with other PXI cards, I need to use PXI_CLk10 as the reference clock.
Yesterday I tried to open the class browser and find the Timing node with reference clock. But if I want to use two different properties, I still can't change one of them.
Thank you

Hello Casperloo,
Your last statement makes me a liitle suspicious of what's going. So you cannot create a property node such as the ones below.
What about manually left clicking one of the properties and changing it like in the image below?
Also is this only occurring with the specific property you are trying to utilize or all Daqmx Timing properties?

No, I can't creat such a node.
When I left click it, it only shows:
Browse
sample quantity
sample Timing type
No other things like your list. This happens for all the properties.
Thanks

I think its down to the device you have got. This link eventhough for a different error code may be helpful: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/05A563FE3AA7B3C286256FF90077C303
