I am not able to change the wireless mode on the myRIO in order to create a wireless network. I attached photos of my configuration page.

Do you have a wireless network to connect to? The myRIO does not create the network it simply connects to an existing one.

The 1900 myRIO can create a network that is used to connect to wirelessly and is changed in the wireless mode but I don’t have the option to change that mode.
