This VI takes an binary file.  What is the format of the binary file?  How to create such file?

Somehow it's not documented?

According to the documentation, it is a binary file full of I16 values that can be little/big endian. Each I16 value will be generated as a sample.

This is the file equivalent of the Data: I16 variant,
