open g vi in project folder

Yes, everyone who develop on the same project should have the appropriate tools installed on their own PC.  However, if the person who develop the tool left, and the information regardless what tools need to be installed are not availble, it gets troublesome.  Not a big deal.  I just thought maybe there is a way to keep everything together.
