problem at transfer function configuration

I've got problem at configuring the equation of transfer function.

It couldnt be change

Please help me to solve this issue. It's so urgent. So, thank u so much for the repply.

Try to change the model dimensions.

I noticed the same "Parameter Information" within opening configure window. Maybe your LabVIEW is frozen.

Try to close and open the VI again.

But I solved this. The problem is the software I installed had broken. So, I download the installer again.

i re-installed everything but still transfer function configuration does not accept any values

Please explain what you mean by "everything"!

You are writing in a 10 year old thread so probably you talk about other software (version)...

 i tried to install Labview 2024 64 bits on windows 64 bits and also tried to remove and install Labview 2024 32 bita on windows 64 bits--- as i read in a forum that this solves the issue of not saving any  entered values for numurator and denomenator of transfer function (in the control design and simulation module) as you can see it is greyed out and not accepting inputs
