2-3 months ago, i had installed labview 2011 trial version on my laptop, which was installed successfull and after 1 month it expired and after that i am trying to install labview 2010 with crack but after the whole installation procedure it shows failed to perform license activation and no folder is even built anywhere(not even in c drive) so that i can activate by going in ni license manager, it just shows this message FAILED TO PERFORM LICENSE ACTIVATION, i am not getting where is the problem, i had tried lot of things e.g, removing registry keys from windows and etc etc but i am not able to install labview.

Your rambling post is all one single sentence (!!) and makes absolutely no sense.
One word stands out: "crack". Are you trying to circumvent proper licensing. In this case you are probably asking in the wrong place.
Activation occurs after installation. What kind of "folder building" are you expecting? Digging around in the registry like a boar in the vegetable garden typically does more harm than good.

by crack i mean that now i am installing labview professional edition not the trial one , and i simply wants to ask that what's the reason for this problem that i am not able to intsall labview , is it bcs earlier i had installed the trial version and i deleted registry files bcs someone had recommended me that your problem might be due to the fact that registry of the trial version had not be deleted and that's why you are not able to install the labview.

You should have to uninstall 2011 first. I haven't tried it in awhile, but I do believe you can't install an older version when you already have a newer version installed. If you need an extended trial, give your local NI rep a call and they might be able to hook you up.

This is not true. You can install multiple LabVIEW versions, and in any order.

"Crack" is a very unusual name for the LabVIEW professional. I haven't heard that before, but maybe I am from a different neighorhood. 😄
You really need to explain your problem better. Depending on what part of your post I read, you are drifitng between "unable to install", "unable to activate", "unable to find files on C", etc.
There is no difference between trial an activated versions. You simply install it and if you don't activate, it will turn into a trial version. At any later point you can activate it and turn it onto a lincensed version.
So, please answer the following questions:
Please post the exact error messages, maybe add some screenshots if you think you cannot explain it with words.

I am sorry, crack is not the name for labview professional, by mistake i used this word.
Q1 How are you installing? (from download, from CD, from network)
ans: i am installing labview from cd.
Q2 : What kind of LabVIEW license do you have (single seat, volume license, academic, none, etc.)
ans: since i have borrowed cd from my lab, so i don't know exactly, but the license might be volume or academic license.
Q 3 :What happens if you start the installer of LabVIEW 2010?
ans: i am attaching the images which will clarify you exactly what happens after i start installation
after the image 2 when i choose to install device drivers later my installation procedure completes immedialtely( normally it takes 5-10min),i am not even able to install labview. The problem is in installation.

OK, it will not install MAX, sice you already have a newer version installed from the 2011 evaluation. MAX does not need activation, so it does not matter.
Looks like LabVIEW 2011 is installed.
How are you activating? Do you have the correct activation code? It should have nine digits. (some letters, but mostly numbers)
In the start menu under National Instruments is a program called "NI License Manager". Can you run it and show us a screenshot?

i had deleted labview 2011 completely but still the problem is coming.
and as you are saying to show license manager under national instruments folder in start menu, this was what i was saying that even there is no national instruments folder in start menu . Normally when we install labview national instruments folder is formed at the location we specify and also in start menu but here when i am installing labview there is no national instruments folder formed in start menu and thus no license manager.
