pwm based dc motor speed control using labview .vi

The post above was for Mr. Nyke by the way. I understand your frustration but responses like that deserve no kudos. That was an arrogant reply that makes those with questions not want to ask questions.

Why are you making comments into a thread and to a message that is over a year old?  Your reply really wasn't particularly helpful nor necessary either.  If that is representative of the way you handle things in what is supposed to be a professional forum, then you remain just like your username a "student for life" failing to be be employed in a paying job.

Raven thank you for reaffirming the negative attitudes I spoke about previously. I didn't realize being condescending was equivalent to being professional. Good day.

Which VI?  The one in the message above yours is saved in LabVIEW 2013.  Any later version of LabVIEW is quite capable of opening it.

Yes, the VI above my message. I've tried open it in Labview 11 but it retunr me a error message saying that version is later than mine.

That means you want it saved in an EARLIER version.

Attached is the VI in LV8.

It's pretty simple.  A simulate signal, a DAQ assistant, some knobs and a waveform graph.
