i m the newbie of labview.
i was having problem in acquisition. the signal is analog voltage.the analog voltage may have 2 spikes(peaks),3 spikes, or even 4 spikes depending on the real time acquisition.
the problem arises is with sample i need to set. i set sampling frequency 5000Hz. if i set sample 5000Hz, the signal which has 2 spikes can be seen in graph indicator as 2 spikes.
however, the signal which has 4 spikes will be seen in graph indicator as if 2 signals which has 2 spikes.
should i use traditional daq?is any acquisition vi which does not require the user to input the sample no.?if there is, my problem is solved.
if there is no such vi, what i think is that to append both consecutive signal if in actual condition, the signals have 4 spikes.but i think it involves extra effort to do lots of looping.i may stuck there if i need to append signals.
