I am in LabVIEW 8.0.1
This could present a problem in trying to help you as even the file I/O vis you are using were "updated" when I opened the main.

But, for clairification...
1. Which SubVI is opening?
2. Is it opening when you run the vi, or when you open the VI?

Do you remember in the last thread you started that I told you how to do some basic debugging and to set a subVI to pop-up when called? That's what you did and now you need to return to the previous settings.

thanks for your help...
I was able to fix it for myself...

I needed to modify 'subVI node setting...with the subVI..
also de-selected the 'suspend when called' in Operation menu...
