tab control with buttons

Hello, I am a beginner and try to find a good way to go through the tab control with two buttons in LabView2014.

One Button to go one register forward and another button to go one register back ("zurück"). But a click on a register shouldnt work.

I have attached a picture with my first idea. The program is already done. I need just a button to go back or forward. The first picture is the forward button. This works fine. The second picture is the back button. I have not really a idea to go back in the register with this function. Thanks.

Why not turn on the Page Labels Display?  It requires no code.
