tds 3032b driver software problem

hi i downloaded the driver software for tds 3032b(tektronix oscilloscope).when i run those programs i am getting errors like visa read error.please suggest me the reason for this problem and how to overcome it.

        i am using labview 7.1 and my operating system is windows xp.

You need to be a bit more specific as to what the error is when you do the VISA Read. Include the error code. You should also specify which driver you are using. There is a native LabVIEW driver and an IVI driver. Also mention which function in the driver is generating the error.
