Why do you keep referring to your pictures as VIs?  They aren't.  Anyway, look for a VI named something like "read single waveform".  This is the thread I was looking at:

After I look at the read the single waveform, I found the trick how to do the "single" to keep the triggered rising edge on the screen.

Press the single on the oscilloscope and  then use the initiate.vi which is in the "Low levle" category in the drivers but not the initiate.vi at the top of the driver tree.

The oscilloscople will do the single -> stop ->single -> stop->........

There is an initialize function at the top level and it is not at all the same thing as initiate (which I said you need to use).

Yes, you are right. I have it in my program now. The trick here is I need press "Single" and after each iteration, the oscilloscope can go back to the " Single" again but not staying at "Run/Stop". Smiley Tongue
