unable to view virtual front panel

Hi guys, I am new to this keithley instrument sourcemeter connection here , i have successfully coneected the 2604b sourcemeter to acer computer using LAN cable. By right, i should be able to see virtual front panel as shown in the attached below but....it keeps on giving me error ... i cant find out the exact reason why...i have already downloaded jre in an attempt to make it work but it is still not working

Since this is neither related to NI nor LabVIEW, please use Keithley's forum or support mechanism.
