Hi
I am getting crazy: i had a complete control system running properly in LabVIEW 8.5 and after updating it to LabVIEW 14, nothing works.
LabVIEW is not able find the drivers of the instruments integrated in a National Instruments PXI. I am using regular drivers as NiDCpower, NiSope, etc and common functions as niDCPower Close.vi or NiScope Close.vi
After installing LabVIEW 14, I have installed the packages referenced at http://www.ni.com/download/ni-device-drivers-february-2014/4634/en/
but my application is not able to find the drivers.... What can I do?

The last version of DAQmx to support LabVIEW 8.5 was DAQmx 9.3 (DAQmx and LabVIEW Version Compatibility). The latest drivers do not support LabVIEW 8.5. I recommend using another computer to maintain your code in 8.5, use a Virtual Machine, or update your program to LabVIEW 2014.

LabVIEW is released in August, so the drivers appropriate for LabVIEW 2014 would be the August 2014 release. There is also the 2014 SP1 release in February 2015, but if you installed LabVIEW 2014 (not SP1), you might start with the August 2014 drivers. Note you can always install a more recent set of LabVIEW software, but you can't install an older set without "starting over" (i.e. removing all previous LabVIEW installations, a process that can take hours).

Sorry but I am lost
So, If I install LabVIEW 14, what are the driver package that I have to install?
1) the ones that appears at: http://www.ni.com/download/ni-device-drivers-febru
2) the ones at http://www.ni.com/download/ni-daqmx-14.0/4918/en/
As I posted, what I want is to recover the control of the instruments deployed in a NI-PXI. I used common vi as NiScope Open, Close, etc
Other question, Have I to remove from this PC the previous installed version of LabVIEW?
Thanks

in summary, basically what I need are the vi functions that appears in the attached figure.
I also attach the software that I have already installed in the computer... What I need? Why this functions do not appear at LabVIEW 14? Due to the version of Ni-DAQmx (it seems that the version is 9.8 and it is not compatible with LV14)?
Thanks

HI
when I run the DCD-Feb15-3.exe file, the message that appears is "now extracting the February 2015 Device Driver 2 of 3 Distribution".
Previously I have installed partitions 1 and 2, I don't know why it is installing again distribution 2.
At the end of the set up, it breaks with the attached message
Thanks

I had several complaints about the new distribution methods for these drivers, one of which is the incorrect message displayed when extracting.
