update vi on cRio

I made a new project, just some reading modbus on a 9871. It deployed all fine, scan modus only. Then I added FPGA mode.  Next time I opened the project, the 9871 was gone and only the FPGA instrument was left.

Then I checked the other project in MAX and alas, the schan modules are gone as well (9871 and 9870). Could this be it?

worked just then

-disabled run on startup for FPGA

-then run main vi on cRio. Checked in MAX, modules shoewd up. Distributed Systems Manager had values updating. Wait another few seconds, start PC host main vi.
