You need to have the Vision module installed in your PC.

IMAQ is the driver for the NI Vision.  Install that an you should be able to run it.  I think it needs a development and/or runtime license in order to work though.

It's already installed and all the licenses are activated

Have you installed the NI-IMAQdx driver ?

The file you are missing should be in your National Instruments\RT Images\NI-IMAQ folder under the program files folder.

What version of LabVIEW and NI-IMAQdx and NI-IMAQ have you installed?

Look in NI MAX to find the answer.

Try to reinstall you NI-IMAQ driver.
Do you also have the NI Vision Run-time installed?

Othervice this dll is not needed for you to see how the example are using the AVI functions.

You should be able add the same AVI function to your now working vi.

You can also try to replace the IMAQ functions in the example with the IMAQdx functions that you are working with, it should be possible for you to replace them one to one.
