The best way to get help is to ask specific questions.
How will you be sensing the temperature? How will you be controlling the air conditioner? How will the user interact with the program? How will you implement safety features such as over temperature or undertemperature conditions or the minimum off time for the air conditioning compressor?
What kind of data acquisition equipment do you have? What version of LV are you using?
