write a file to a shared folder in network

i need help i have a vi..running grabbing the data but now i need to pass the text to a shared folder in a same network.

image1 is the example of the interface i have done

image2 is the block diagram.

But im not able to send the data out...how to do this plz help..urgent

That looks like the PC name and the shared folder name.  What about the file name?
