Panels and controls scrollbars have fixed size (height for horizontal
ones, and width for vertical ones) that can't be changed and doesn't
reflect the Operating System setting (see attachment).
For tree
control, for example, there is the option "Small/Medium/Large" but this
isn't enough if you're designing an user interface for a touch screen
panel, where you must drag scrollbars with your finger.
The custom scrollbars are built over a graph control, and are quite ugly, compared to the Visual Studio style...
I think a fully settable scrollbar size would be a great improvement...
