Borland

What compiler compatibility options are you using in the Build Options when developing in LabWindows™/CVI? What are your needs when generating code for the Visual C/C++ and Borland compilers?

Visual C/C++ for development

When we ship IVI drivers created by CVI we include both the Visual C/C++ and the Borland lib files - no idea if anyone is using the Borland lib file.

I use Visual C/C++ for development, never needed the Borland mode.

I know that some of the NI librarys like dataacq.lib and easyio.lib do not load when you are in Borland mode, so I never change it.

Have you received any feedback from those that you are distributing these files to that they require compatibility with the Borland compiler?

Approximately 5 years ago I would on occasion need to use the Borland compatibility mode in order to link in 3rd party DLL's.  However, recently I am stricly using the Microsoft compatibility mode and I doubt that this situation will change.
