I have also an error message when installing f1 patch. I using CVI 2013, version 13.0.0 (632) but on a 64 bit Windows 7 machine.
Actual CVI2013 version looks pretty unstable (lot of blue screens when working on network drives ! variables that can't be explored in the debugger ...)
When do you plan to release the next patch ?
