Are CVI 2013 SP2 UIR files different from earlier versions, e.g. 2013 SP1?

Now I see what you are talking about. You are making changes in uir that normally shouldn't change the header file.

In 2013 SP2 there is indeed a change to the uir header file.

On the 3rd line before SP2 there used to be a comment like:

/* Copyright (c) National Instruments 2014. All Rights Reserved.          */

 This was removed in SP2.

So when you first save the *.uir in SP2 the UIR generated header file is re-written with this change.
