Are there ANY Ni-DAQmx based C code (windows os) examples out there that can run without the need for CVI ?

It's appears that CVI is a requirement for the ANSI C examples that come with NI-DAQmx. Are there visual C/C++ (or any other plain windows c compiler based) examples out there that can work without CVI / LabWindows etc.?

Thanks,
Devor

Hi Devor,

There are examples for C code with DAQmx and they can be found in this folder on your computer:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples\DAQmx ANSI C

These examples do not require LabWindows or CVI--CVI just makes it easier to program with.

I hope this helps!
