Could not open file for reading( Error code -5001)

Hello, I have problem with using Ini_ReadFromFile function. 

If I build project in Debug64 version everything works fine.

But in Release64 version function return -5001 result (Could not open file for reading). 

Here is code that cause problem:

	char path[MAX_PATHNAME_LEN];
	sprintf(path, "%s\\Heads\\heads.ini", SaveDataPath);
	
	int fileExist = 0;
	int fileSize = 0;

		return -1;

	IniText iniTextFile;
	iniTextFile = Ini_New(0);
	int status = Ini_ReadFromFile (iniTextFile, path);

	{

	}
	
	int numberOfSections = Ini_NumberOfSections(iniTextFile);
