What do you mean with this? Do you want to communicate with two different instruments on the same network, or with one only (considering your program as the second "instrument") or there are two instruments already connected and you want to monitor the communication between them?

CVI comes with some example of communication via TCP/IP that you may start looking at: search for "TCP" in the example finder to locate them (Help >> Find examples... menu function)

So basically you need to open two independent connections, one for each instrument.

First of all, you need to locate the documentation that explains communications capabilities for your instruments, or better search in the Instrument Driver Network if any instrument already exists for your instruments. Take a look also to this support page, where informations are given on instrument drivers to use for communicating with external devices.
