Generating Square using PXI 6509 digitaloutput

Hello, 

            I am using PXI-6509 to generate square wave by programmatically toggling high and low. For a single channel it is working fine,but for multiple channels it doesn't generate square wave and it doesn't gives an error also. How to generate square wave for multiple channels using PXI 6509?
