The offline installer for the released version of LabWindows 2020 is a 19 GB .iso file, far too large to burn to even a double-layer DVD. How can we use it?
Haven't done this for CVI specifically but you should be able to just move it from computer to computer with a USB and then use a program like 7-zip to extract and run the setup executable from the .iso file.
