How to find CVI4.0.1

Hello, I need to reinstall CVI4.0.1, I have the license but lost the disk, and I can not find it on this site.

I only remember that Labcvi 5.5 is including MeasureStudio 5.5, it's not a separate package.

It seems to be difficult for me to find the registration card, the bench test was made in France or England in 1996, and now it is here in Vietnam...

I have all the book, but nothing else.

Since it is the summer holidays in Europe, I'don't think I can find it before september
