I'm looking at the issue number NickB was talking about, it says 2009 SP1 is the resolved version here.

If I'm right, I think that NickB attached an image to show the date of the last revision (highlighted in the image).

I don't think that the image refers to the bug reported by tfelber (the description is quitye different).

Could you double-check please?

You are correct, nickb was referencing the revision date. However, this issue was resolved in 2009 SP1.
