Rif.: LabWindows application doesn't work since "Windows 11 24h2" release

Dear community,

We have developed some application using LabWindows CVI and it was working fine since the last Windows 11 update.

It was working in Windows 11 23H2 release.

Now it seems that there is some problems reading files or even installing some applications.

Have you experienced the same behaviour?

I was not able to find a fix until now (except getting back to the previous version of Windows but it is not the way I expect solving that problem)

I'm currently using a Win11 Home 24H2 laptop as a development machine and have found no problems till now.

It's true that I use it to develop and test software on field, but I use it also to test some executables in final release before deploying them to customers. I have not tested distributions on that machine, though, and I'm afraid have no details on customer's machines running my programs.

If you can add some more details on the anomalies you are facing and the configuration of your applications (toolkits or special hardware used) I can see if I have similar configurations and can share some experience on them.

Thank you for your help, I greatly appreciate that.

The application itself has been generated via CVI/Labwindows 2015. 

But we have tried both CVI Runtime 2015 and 2020.

I have another test to do, because I dont remember if the VCRedist used is the x64 or the x86 version. 

I will let you know. 

Anyway the problem has been seen on 2 DELL computer, one miniPC and a laptop.

I will do the test and let you know.

In fact it still doesnt work on some computer even after having re installed all the computer, and then the runtime, the VC Redist and the .netframework. for the details, the application freeze and I have little way to debug. We are going to try to put the LabWindows Development environment on this PC
