N_Dist function returns a 0.0 on any number smalle than 1.0e-17

Function (Advanced Analysis Library) N_Dist (que, &ber); returns a 0.000000 on any number I pass below -8.4, but the inverse InvN_Dist, if I pass a 1.0e-18, the returning value is valid...
