Hello,

I haven't been able to gleam much information from the error log alone. Therefore I have some questions and also would like to collect some further files and information:

1. Have you previously been able to use your CAN device?

2. Are you working from a CAN example?

3. Does a crash actually occur, for instance, do you see something similar to the below image:

https://www.codeproject.com/KB/debug/597856/AccessViolation-DLL.PNG

4. Does this work in the development environment but not the executable form?

Could you also provide an NI MAX Technical Report so we're familiar with what  NI hardware and software you have installed on your system. To do so you can create one given the steps below:

http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/271F252B4EF0A2E0862570E70056A1E4

Please note: select Technical Support Report.

Additionally could you provide the code for which you are running into this error?

Best regards,

Ed
