NI MAX IVI Drivers Sessions: Sofware Tab is empty

I created a new Logical Name in NI MAX for an oscilloscope under IVI Drivers Sessions. I've configured the General, Hardware, and Virtual Names tabs, but the Software tab remains empty. Is there a way to populate this tab?

To populate the Software tab for your oscilloscope's Logical Name in NI MAX, ensure that all necessary IVI drivers and software modules are installed. Open NI MAX, navigate to your oscilloscope's logical name under IVI driver sessions go to the software tab and click Add. to select the relevant software modules. Save the configuration by clicking apply or OK. If the tab remains empty, verify the installation of the IVI Compliance Package and specific drivers for your oscilloscope.
