I am unable to print the plot when using PrintCtrl. The graph control prints, but there is no plot in it. Any help is appreciated!

How did you set DataMode parameter in the graph control? If you set it to Discard the plot is not printed, while it is with Retain data mode (tested with CVI2017).

Get the bitmap and print that.
