Wrong board: a .vi file is LabVIEW code! Find the correct board and post there... possibly adding some info on context and development environment.

And it looks like a SoftMotion library function. The support forum for that is here, but it's not likely to get much feedback for that anymore. NI Motion and NI SoftMotion is a dead fish.
