Am I too blind to find the download of the Vision Development Module Run-Time 2015 SP1?

Solved!

Searching on ni.com for "Vision Development Module Run-Time 2015" leads me to lots of results but not to the "Vision Development Module Run-Time 2015 SP1".  Is this product late?

The Vision Development Module 2015 SP1 has already been released a few days ago.

Hello Guenter

I could not find it, too, and investigate this.

As a workaround for the moment you can use the

Vision Development Module 2015 SP1 - National Instruments
http://www.ni.com/download/vision-development-module-2015-sp1/5798/en/

and when asked to select which features should be installed uncheck everything except the NI Vision Runtime 2015 SP1, see the attached picture.

Best regards

Thanks, Kathrin.  Accepted workaround as long as the Run-Time itself is not available for download.

Great, then it has just been late...

Thanks, Günther for checking 🙂

Hi All,

As Günther has mentioned, the download is up now: http://www.ni.com/download/vision-development-module-run-time-2015-sp1/5973/en/

I would also like to call attention to the Vision Common Resources 2015 SP1 f1 patch: http://www.ni.com/download/ni-vision-common-resources-2015-sp1-f1/5955/en/, including the Real-Time version here: http://www.ni.com/download/vision-common-resources-real-time-2015-sp1-f1/5956/en/. You can view the changelist here: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/CB5D5CC13E5E4ACA86257F62005BE53D?OpenDocument

If you apply this patch to your development system and then build a LabVIEW installer, the patch be pulled into the installer. However, for any deployment systems that already have VDM runtime, you will have to apply the patch separately.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention, and sorry for any inconvenience the late upload may have caused.

Regards,

Joseph
