Hi
Me again! Having another issue setting up my Baumer TXG03 GigE camera. My issue seems to be the same as this post
Apparently it's caused by "chunk data" I've looked through all the camera & aquistion settings in NI MAX and can't seem to find this setting anywhere. All my other Baumer camera's work fine, just the TXG03. Any help much appreciated.
Update - The attached image isn't the greatest, but about 1/5th of the way in on the left is where the image "repeats"
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hello,
Could I firstly ask which version of NI-IMAQ-dx you have installed on you system?

Apologies for the delay in my reply however I have been out of the office recently.
If you are still experiencing the problem can I recommend you disabling 'chunk data' via the Property Node in LabVIEW.
Navigate to View >> Class Browser and select IMAQdx from the Object Library. From here you should be able to drop down the ChunkDataDecodingEnabled property node and can enable/disable with a Boolean value.
Give this a try and let me know how you get on.
Regards,
Jamie

Hi
Thanks for the reply, just tried this and get an error run running, something like "property not supported by camera". Attached is a better image of the strange split image I am seeing.
Cheers

Just a quick update, just found the "ChunkDataControl" setting in MAX, my fault. I didn't have the View Options>Advanced settings selected in MAX so was hidden, now all sorted and getting proper images. Thanks for the help.

I am pleased to hear that the Chunk Data has been correctly configured and you are now receiving images as expected.
