Camera failure after upgrade to IMAQdx 4.0

Hello,

after upgrade, my Genicam compliant cameras stopped working with IMAQdx 4.0 with error message:

Error Code = 0xBFF6901D: Unable to load camera's XML file.

the cameras are Net-gmbh GO124 and GO432. They worked well with earlier software.

Tried rebooting, restarting cameras and removal of all related files from C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\NI-IMAQdx\Data .

If all else fails, please advise how to downgrade.

More information of the above: IMAQdx loads a XML file provided by the camera. Nothing appears to the PreProcessedCache, however. Attaching the XML file for reference.

Hi I have the same problem with a Net gmbh cima GO134c. Did you solve the problem?

Yes, you can ask for firmware update from net-gmbh. s.wunderlich at net-gmbh.com
