Do LabView have vision filter similar to Keyence (Expansion Filter)

Hello: 

  I am looking for a LabView vision filter that can do similar or same as Keyence Expansion filter.

  Keyence Expansion filter define as followed: "The maximum density (brightest value) of nine pixels(3x3) are inspected and the center pixel is adjusted to the largest density value."

use grayscale morphology with the dilate option.
