I am faced following problem:
I grab frames of the past.
I got a Matrix Vision 8bit gray-scale advise (product description is following)
At this evaluation i take 3 pictures to get a result (process time below 500ms).
As far as good it woorks probably. I am using a beckhoff industrial pc with an high amount of RAM (32gb) ->normal usage during inspection 3gb approximately
Cpu usage is about 50% (1 advice per nic [in this case only 1 per pc])
After 2-3weeks constant grabbing the system starts to grab "older" frames (~30ms of the past).? The lights are changing between the inspections (times to get the full lightning are included with 30ms)
I use VBAI 2018 and the vision acquisition of 2023.
Talked to a few IT-specialists but got no satisfying answer.
It is a time critical process -->camera runs in "continues wait for next" (snapshot would take approximately 50ms longer)
Maybe someone knows the issue? I know it is very specific but in this forum are very intelligent person's!
