I can't initialize my GigE camera problem ID:0xBFF6902C

when i try to initialize the camera of Baumer TXG04h, it seems to have a red cross in the MAX,and I get the error message: Error 0xBFF6902C Unable to connect to the camera.

Then i used a procilica GE680 instead, but the error occurs still.

and i also check the Ip configuration, I think it is correct.

also, it is strange that everything runs well with the demonstrate program provide by Baumer.

I try to figure out what's going wrong, but after searching NI.COM, I got no answer.there is nothing i can use in Troubleshooting GigE Vision Cameras

It's may be the problem of antivirus software.

I have the same problem before because of ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4，it will be solved when you uninstall the antivirus software rather than stop it.

I have the same issue with a Teledyne Camera.
