Labview installation problem

I have a problem in uninstall labview and reinstall it. I could not found any National instrument icon in control panel and in the program file, i had delete all the antional instrument file using unloker. Now when i want to reinstall it, it show this error. What should i do ?

From your attachment, it seems you have a higher version already installed on your system.

After uninstalling or installing. did you restart your PC?

Could you please tell me what are you trying to uninstall and re-install ? and also what all NI softwares are already in your system
