NI 1433 no image

Hi, 

I have a NI1433 card running. It is installed correctly. 

Camera can be detected using camera manufacturer software and we are able to send commands to the camera. 

However there isn't any images from the camera. 

NI max gave the following error 

0xBFF6901B Timeout 

Camera is working fine. Tested on another PC with NI 1433 FG card. 

The icd file which we are using works alright all these while and I am not expecting any problems from it. 

The particular FG was tested on various PC, PCIe slots and Cameralink cable and it gives the same problem. 

Is there a way to reset the FG? 

Can we service and send it for repair? 

What else should we test?

Nope, it didn't work. 

I am still waiting for NI customer service to get back to me. 

I think we need to send it back for repair.

Is the camera you're using listed in MAX ? Did you get a specific camera file to interface it ?
