NI MAX Snap and Grab buttons do not appear for camera

I have a project where we purchased and set up a camera to use with some LabVIEW code. Everything was working after the install. The user is saying the system shutdown unexpectedly and when running the program now the camera isn't connecting. To try to troubleshoot, I had them try to use MAX (Measurement and Automation Explorer) to see if the camera was detected. The camera does show up in the "Devices and Interfaces" tree, but the Snap and Grab buttons do not appear. Any help on understanding why they are not showing up would be helpful.

It is a USB 3.1 camera
