VDM2011 is included in VAS2011 ?

I install VAS2011 in CVI2010 environment,I found CVI to increase the NI-IMAQ functions and the VDM Vision function,

The full functions of the VDM2011 included in VAS2011? Whether to install VAS2011 do not need to install VDM2011?

I do not need the Vision Assistant of VDM

thanks!

No, Contains basic functions related to interfacing camera with labview.

No not needed, you can install it separately.

Hope answered your question.

I think it is shown because the function palette doesn't reflect current license status like LabVIEW does. If you call functions that require a VDM license you will likely get an error that your license is not activated. The basic image functions should work without a VDM license though. Eric
