I'm not sure what research you have done so far, but a quick Google search brought up some potentially useful resources:

1) Does NI Vision Support Stereo Vision or Depth Perception?

2) IMAQ Get Depth Image From Stereo VI

3) 3D Imaging with NI LabVIEW
