Hello!

 

It looks like that is a legacy example and has been moved here:

Download NI.com Obsolete NI Vision Web Examples

 

Download the Legacy Vision Development Modudle Examples and within that folder the example you are looking for is titled "Example Program on Color Analysis and Thresholding"
