Thanks for your help! The program you sent me does not take the image selected an use it as a template for the uploaded video. I don't know if I'm just doing something wrong... Also, how can I optimize my program??

Thank you, the program looks pretty cool, although there are three sub VI's that are not found in the download.  do you happen to have access to these VI's?

hi. Actually I modified the built in example. that's why it's missed. open pattern matching program in vision example of labview. so that you can get the subvi.

go to NI example finder available in tools menu and you can find search box. search for pattern matching program over there. let me know your problem solved.

Thank you,  I believe I found the search box you were refering to, and I did a comprehensive search of my entire hard drive, and found no such pattern mapping program.  Am I using the wrong finder box perchance?  I have lab view 2011.  under the tools bar for the front panel I selected the "Find VI's on disk" option.  that is what I used to conduct the inconclusive search.  thank you for your patience with my negligence.
