vision acquisition express mode error

Hi Vision experts,

I have made my first few steps into getting my Logitech USB webcam working with LabVIEW.

First I tried in LV8.6 using the USB IMAQ driver, this worked ok, but when I saw there was a new 2009 version I tried this out.

It works ok, when I launch the Vision Acquisition Express VI I can view images, but when I try and change the video mode I get the following error message:

Any ideas? The reason I want to change the mode is that it has defaulted to the highest resolution and is therefore running at about 5 fps.

Note: I have no problems chaning the video mode from within the Logitech software.

Weird,

It works fine if I take the express VI, convert it into normal code and manually edit the Attribute string to change to the desired mode.
