Hello,
I am receiving the following error message, even though the correct DLLs are present on the target system. I have tried both manually copying the DLLs to the system and using a Runtime Installer. The Windows 10 version is 2016 LTBS.

Measurement Studio 2019 is being used.
The product is correctly licensed!

Here is the error message:
